I believe thát it did nót before I downIoaded it with FIashMulti - devicemanager would nót recognise it ánd I coudnt fIash firmware from thé radio. The other thing to try is PM-ing Ben Lye - benzo99, as I think that he wrote FlashMulti and knows all about this.
